Is my first painting really free?
Yes. Each Google account on PictureIntoPainting receives 1 free painting for its lifetime. A successful result includes the full file download.
How long are my files available?
Your original photo and result are kept privately for 72 hours after a successful generation, then deleted automatically. Your result page shows the exact expiry time. Download your painting before it expires.
What happens if a generation fails?
The first final failure returns your painting credit. A second consecutive final failure uses 1 credit, then the failure count resets. A successful new generation also resets the count. Internal retries count as one final outcome. The same rule applies to free credits.
Do my credits expire?
Purchased painting credits never expire. Packs are one-time purchases through PayPal, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
Can I print my painting?
You can download the full result and print it yourself. Check the actual pixel dimensions on the result page when choosing a print size. Results are AI-generated, and exact likeness or printing quality is not guaranteed.
